As the Biigtigong Nishnaabeg began producing WaaWaa immersion video, we took a few minutes on Friday, April 15th to find out what all the excitement was about.
In this 17-minute video, Debbie Crosson (WaaWaa Immersion Instructor), Esther Michano (WaaWaa Immersion Instructor), Dave Courchene III (Cultural Coordinator), and JoAnne Michano (Band Manager) were all interviewed by John Paul Montano (Language and Mythology Consultant) in order to get the latest update on the community’s WaaWaa immersion video production efforts.
